Terms of service

Open Speckit is a free service provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We may change or discontinue it with reasonable notice.

Accounts: you sign in with Google and choose a unique handle. You are responsible for content published from your account. One person, one account.

Content licensing: by publishing a specification publicly you irrevocably license its content under the MIT licence. You warrant that you have the right to publish it. Private specifications remain yours and are not licensed to anyone.

Prohibited content: illegal content, content infringing third-party rights, malicious instructions, spam, and personal data of third parties.

Moderation and takedown: we may hide or remove content that violates these terms. Rights holders can request a takedown through the contact form; we act on substantiated complaints and inform the author, who may object.

Liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for content published by users or for the results of using any specification.

Termination: you can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law: Polish law. Changes to these terms are announced on the site with at least 14 days notice.
