Privacy policy

Controller: the operator of openspeckit.com. Contact: through the contact form or the direct e-mail address listed there.

Data we process: when you sign in with Google we store your Google account identifier (uid), display name, e-mail address and avatar URL, plus the handle, bio, website and language preference you provide. Content you publish is stored with your handle. Technical logs (needed to run and secure the service) are kept by our hosting provider.

Purposes and legal bases: providing the service (contract), securing it and preventing abuse (legitimate interest), and complying with legal obligations.

Processors: Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC (Firebase: authentication, database, storage, hosting). Data may be processed in the EU and, under standard contractual clauses, in other countries.

Retention: account data until you delete the account; anonymised statistics indefinitely; contact messages up to 24 months.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection, and a complaint to your supervisory authority (in Poland: PUODO). Account deletion is available in account settings; data export on request via the contact form.

Cookies: only essential cookies (authentication session, language preference). No third-party analytics cookies.
