New layouts

Create two conversation layouts: a discussion group and an email program. The trainer chooses which one to use in a given scene.

The discussion group resembles Slack. Messages appear as successive comments from participants.

The email program resembles Outlook, and messages appear as successive emails sent to all participants. In the email program mode, the newest messages should be at the top.
